The conceptual program considers four artificial turf fields comprised of three outdoor fields and one full-sized enclosed soccer field building with supporting spaces including change rooms, training facilities, food service, and public use areas. Split into two phases, the first phase has been approved by the council and sees the construction of the three outdoor fields, with phase two – the enclosed soccer pitch – still under review.

The current architectural concept of the enclosed field assumes mass timber construction with solid glulam arches spanning 80 meters across the whole width of the building. The supporting spaces are framed with concrete, steel, and wood hybrid construction.
