Philip J. Currie Museum Recipient of Multiple Awards

On March 17, 2015, the Philip J. Currie Museum was the recipient of three awards at the Prairie Wood Design Awards. Recognized for its innovative use of timber, the museum was honored with the Commercial/Wood Design Award, the Wood Advocate Award as well as the Engineer Wood Advocate Award. Constructed in collaboration with StructureCraft, the building was designed as a metaphorical reference to the dinosaur bones that are featured within the museum.
